Reflexology is a healing holistic therapy that treats the whole body. Pressure is applied to specific points on the feet, these points are connected to major organs and glands in the body. When we start to feel unwell, if we have had a trauma such as an accident, a loss or an unwanted lifestyle change, it causes blocks in our energy channels. Reflexology helps to unblock these channels, restoring and maintaining physical and mental health.

• Reiki Infused Holistic Facial - £35 for 1 Hour Appointment or £20 for 30 minutes

​ A beautiful relaxing facial infused with reiki. My holistic facial aims to improve skin tone and texture and helps to increase circulation, leaving your skin glowing.​ The treatment includes a deep facial cleanse, gentle exfoliation, hot towels, then a massage of the shoulders, neck and face, a soothing mask, toner and moisturiser. During this treatment the reiki energy flows to where you need it most, leaving you deeply relaxed.

During the 1 hour appointment clients also get to choose if they would like a hand massage or a chakras balance during their session.

• Crystal Healing - £30 for 1 Hour Appointment​ or £17 for 30 minutes

A beautiful non-intrusive treatment combining crystals and universal energy healing that opens and aligns the chakras. Crystals are placed on or around the chakra points to remove energy blocks then an aura cleanse to heal and repair leaving you relaxed and balanced in the mind, body and spirit. A perfect treatment for those having a particularly difficult time that helps to ease stress and anxiety. Crystals also have healing properties that can ease physical pain. For an additional £10 clients can also receive their own set of chakra crystals. ​

This beautiful treatment includes a full consultation, relaxation, grounding, ear candling and a gentle lymphatic drainage massage on the forehead and face.

•   Tuning Fork Therapy - £40 for a 90 minutes appointment

This is a sound and vibration therapy that balances and restores the body’s energy. It eases stress and tension and can even improve pain. The forks send sound and vibrational frequencies that stimulate points in the body, in a similar way to acupuncture, but without the needles.

During the treatment any blockages that have been worked through are highlighted on a body map that the client gets to take away with them.​

Join me for a seated meditation that starts with some journaling, mentoring and reflection before being guided into a relaxing meditation with sound. Children can also benefit from having holistic treatments, supporting them mentally and physically. Easing anxiety, stress and tension. Helping with sleep and emotional regulation. Even improving focus. ​

A parent/carer/guardian is required to stay with their child for the full session.
